Visiting Portage Central outscored Niles 27-22 in the second half to pick up a 58-46 Big 16 West Division victory Friday night.

The Vikings (7-11, 3-10 West) trailed 11-9 after one and 31-24 at the intermission.

Hunter Lassiter led the Mustangs (8-10, 6-7 West) with 19 points.

Gavin Rasler led Niles with 10 points. He was the lone Viking player to reach double figures.
