Rosalyn Berman Schuster, 24, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday in her home in Warsaw, Ind. She was born in Warsaw on April 12, 1989. Rosalyn loved music, both listening to music and singing and was known for her keen sense of humor.

She attended Stanley Clark, Thomas Edison and John Adams High School, all in South Bend. Rozzie is survived by her children: a daughter Carolyn Karsten, almost 4, and her son Kash Karsten, 2, both of Warsaw; her mother Cheri Berman Schuster and her fiancé Terry Hoffman of Mishawaka; a brother and his wife Ryan B. & Nicole Dailey Schuster of Chicago and her paternal grandmother Alice Schuster of Mishawaka. Rosalyn is also survived by her birth family: mother Shay Culbertson; father Michael Hale; her siblings: Derek Hart, Kylie (Doug) Caverley, Zach Cook, and Chase Prater along with her grandmother Sue (Robbie See) Rodgers and paternal great-grandparents Jack and Maudie Ford all of Warsaw and all her loving and supportive aunts, uncles and cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her: father Brian S. Schuster in 1996; paternal grandfather Boris Schuster and her maternal grandparents Rozz and Ralph Berman. Funeral services will be at noon Friday at Sinai Synagogue, LaSalle and Eddy St. in South Bend, Rabbi Michael Friedland, officiating. Burial will follow at the Hebrew Orthodox Cemetery, Mishawaka.
