Short-handed Dowagiac falls to Three Rivers

Teagan Reeves scored a game-high 26 points to lead visiting Three Rivers to a 66-21 Wolverine Conference West Division girls basketball victory Friday night.

The Wildcats outscored the Chieftains 22-5 in the opening quarter and were never headed.

Three Rivers led 37-11 at halftime and 54-16 entering the fourth quarter.

Rayven Brown led Dowagiac, who only dressed six players, with 14 points.

Chieftain coach Floyd Foston did not allow five players to dress due to missing practice during the holiday break.
