ALLEGAN — The Dowagiac golf team finished eighth at the Allegan and Otsego Wolverine Conference jamborees Monday.

Plainwell won both events, while Comstock finished second twice.

Madison Proshwitz led the Chieftains at the Cheshire Golf Club in Allegan with a 52. Kelsey Smith paced Dowagiac at Prairiewood in Otsego with a 55.
