Second Baptist Church, 203 S. Paul St., celebrates the first-year anniversary of Eugene C. and Kelly A. Staples Sr. as pastor/teacher and first lady at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 30.

Guest preacher for the afternoon will be the Rev. Andre A. McGhee, pastor/teacher of Greater St. John Missionary Church in South Bend, Ind.

A light dessert reception will be served from 1:30 until 3 p.m.

Theme for this celebration is “Leading God’s Way!”
