Edwardsburg swept all six flights to capture the Niles Doubles Tournament championship Saturday.

The Eddies finished with 18 points, while the Vikings were second with 12, Schoolcraft third with sixth and the Niles JV fourth.

The format for the doubles tournament puts the team’s No. 1 and No. 2 singles players together in the top flight, while its No. 3 and No. 4 singles players are in the second flight.

The final four flights are made up of the teams’ four regular doubles teams.

Alex Watts and Hayley Jones teamed up to win the top flight for the Eddies, while Connie Kutschbach and Andrea Wagner joined up to win at No. 2 doubles.

Niles finished second in each of the eight flights.
