VICKBURG — The Niles golf team finished ninth at the Big 16 Conference Tournament at Angels Crossing Wednesday.

The Vikings did not take part in the first day of competition held earlier this season.

Battle Creek Lakeview was the winner Wednesday with a score of 366. The Trojans were also the overall champion as they finished with a two-day total of 673.

St. Joseph finished second both days and completed the competition with a score of 720.

On Wednesday, Sarah Cramer led the Vikings with a round of 104. Abby Mattson shot 108. Ele Hein 113 and Katie Holmes 123.
