NEW BUFFALO – The Brandywine Bobcats are once again 3-0 to start the football season.

But it wasn’t easy for the Bobcats, who had to rally from an 8-0 deficit in the fourth quarter for a 10-8 win over New Buffalo Friday.

Brandywine’s Kyle Basley blocked a punt that went out of the end zone for a safety with 1:30 remaining in the contest to give the Bobcats the victory.

Brandywine tied the score at 8-8 with 6:13 remaining in the contest when Andrew Duckett connected with Alec Nichols for a 29-yard score. Duckett then hit Trent Moswinski with the 2-point conversion pass to tie the score.
