COMSTOCK — Michael Kempton rush for 100 yards on seven carries and scored three touchdowns as visiting Edwardsburg routed Comstock 55-12 in Wolverine Conference football Friday.

Kempton scored on runs of 16, 4 and 43 yards.

Caleb Neff added 88 yards on four carries and a touchdown.

Also scoring for Edwardsburg, which led 42-6 at halftime, were Jason Schimpa, David Kiefer, Tyler Williamson and Jack Bywaters.

The Eddies rolled up 411 yards in total offense, including 390 on the ground.

Defensively, Edwardsburg held the Colts to 140 yards in total offense. Neff and Dante Razzano both had interceptions for the Eddies.

Tyler Lutz led the team with seven tackles. Dillion Hulett had six and Brett Bowman five.

The Eddies are now 2-1 overall, while Comstock falls to 0-3.
