Dowagiac back on track

The Dowagiac tennis team got back on the winning track Friday afternoon as it defeated visiting Comstock 5-3 in Wolverine Conference action.

The Chieftains took three out of four doubles flights and split the singles flights to earn the victory.

Winning in singles for Dowagiac were Kristina Bunn and Hannah MacDonald, both in straight sets.

Madison Proshwitz and Jessica Martin, Rebecca Luth and Nicole Irwin, along with Kara Gaideski and Michelle Keene were winners in doubles play.
