SOUTH BEND — The Niles softball team dropped to 1-5 with a 12-7 setback at the hands of South Bend Washington Monday afternoon.

No individual results were provided.

The Vikings JV squad fell to Washington 21-9 Monday.

Echo Fisher and Brooke Hojara each had three hits. Ciara Peel and Andrew Sabat both had two hits.

The Vikings are now 0-3 on the young season.
