Visiting Portage Central handed the Niles tennis team an 8-0 Big 16 Conference West Division setback Wednesday afternoon.

The Mustangs dropped just three games in sweeping the singles flight.

The Vikings were a bit more competitive in doubles, including the best match of the day — Brenna Reder and Elena Lentz’ 6-2, 7-5 win over Niles’ Paxton Schaller and Michelle Briand.
