Kaitlyn Riley Schuur, daughter of Heather Kasprzak of Elkhart, Ind., and Dennis Schuur of Dowagiac, turns 5 years old Jan. 10.

She has one sister, Baylee, 11.
Katie shares her birthday with her Aunt Paula (Schuur) Cassel of Osceola, Ind. Kaitlyn’s grandparents are Sara Kasprzak and the late Hank “Butch” Kasprzak of Elkhart and David and Nan Schuur of Dowagiac. Great-grandparents are Ruth Jones and the late Lance Jones of Elkhart, the late Mary Jane Schuur of Dowagiac, Jan Strong and the late Paul Strong of Marcellus and Catherine Warner of Kalamazoo.
