Michigan State Police Niles Post troopers are investigating a vehicle stolen from Padnos Redbud Recycling in Buchanan Township early Thursday.

The vehicle was later located burned in a field on Stafford Road east of M-140 in Niles Township. The vehicle was stolen along with an unknown amount of scrap metal.

Troopers were assisted at the arson scene by the Niles Township Fire Department. The case in under investigation.
