Cass County Drug Enforcement Team (CCDET) announces that on Wednesday, March 23, detectives executed a search warrant in the 700 block of S. Broadway in Cassopolis.
One adult male subject was taken into custody on a traffic stop after he left the residence.
Investigators located suspected crack cocaine and evidence of cocaine dealing at the residence.
Detectives also located marijuana inside the home.
The Child Protective Services division of the Department of Human Services was called to the scene as two children were living at the residence.
The adult subject taken into custody was lodged at the Cass County Jail for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and maintaining a drug house.
This matter remains under investigation.
