Kassandra Platz and Jamie Archer, of Niles were married June 26, 2010 at 4 p.m. at New Harvest Church of God, 2400 Yankee St., Niles.

Parents of the bride are Carmen Echevarria, of South Bend and Ralph Platz Sr., of Elizabethtown, Ky. Her maternal grandparents are Isabel and the late Ramon Echevarria, of South Bend. Her paternal grandparents are Margaret Greenway and Ralph Platz, of Mishawaka.

Parents of the groom are Brenda and the late Nolan Archer, of Niles. His maternal grandparents are the late Millie and Eldred Cordell. His paternal grandparents are the late Tula and Orville Archer.

The bridal attendants were Pattie Holland, Amanda Oakes, Rachel Scoggin, Amanda Vance, Reeta Echevarria, DeeAnna Echevarria, Rebecca Beavo and flowergirl Jaiden Mangold.

The groom’s attendants were John Oakes, Shane Archer, Ralph Platz Jr., Victor Beavo, Brian Welch, Mike Hartline, Austin Platz and ringbearer Bradley Archer.

The bridesmaids’ dresses were watermelon and truffle. The flowers were roses and lilies.
Kassandra graduated from Brandywine High School. Jamie graduated from Niles High School.
