Dowagiac Board of Education Wednesday evening selected six superintendent candidates for first interviews. The interview schedule had not been finalized as of press time, but was to be firmed up this morning.

• Ms. Brooke Ballee, Elementary Principal, Van Buren Public Schools, Belleville.

• Bruce Clapp, Deputy Director Elementary Education, Godfrey-Lee Public Schools, Wyoming, Mich.

• Frederick Clarke, Superintendent, Albion Public Schools, Albion.

• Dr. Mark Daniel, Principal, Leo Junior/Senior High School, Leo, Ind.

• Mrs. Storm Lairson, Superintendent, Reese Public Schools, Reese, Mich.

• Joseph Trimboli, Superintendent, Lawton Community Schools, Lawton.

Interviews will take place Tuesday, June 1; Wednesday, June 2; and Thursday, June 3.
