Andrea (Allsop) and Matthew Katich of Troy are the parents of a son, Carter, born Dec. 1, 2009. Carter’s maternal grandparents are Jody (Gaideski) and Larry Fox.

Paternal grandparents are Joyce (Vettraino) and Tom Katich. Carter weighed 6 pounds and measured 19 inches long at birth.

He is also welcomed by his great-grandmother, Joan Gaideski; great-grandparents Jim and Donna Fox; and great-grandmother, Marcella Vettraino.
