Sandora

Heather and Brandon Sandora of Dowagiac are the parents of a daughter, born Monday, Aug. 10, 2009 at Lakeland, St. Joseph.

Lila Diane weighed 7 pounds and 2 ounces.

The Sandoras are also the parents of one son, Kaden, age 4.

Maternal grandparents are the late Diane Anders and Bo and Phoebe Anders of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Paternal grandparents are the late George Farmer and Donna and Alvin Foster, of Dowagiac.

Roberts

Ray and Pam Roberts of Niles are the parents of a son, born Sunday, Sept. 6, 2009 at Lakeland-Niles.

The Roberts are also the parents of one son and one daughter; Jewell at age 6, and Layne age 1.

Maternal grandparents are Penny Rhoads of Elkhart, Ind., and the late Phillop Pearison.
Paternal grandmother is Nancy Roberts of Niles.

Maternal great-grandparents are Lela Coffel of Buchanan, and Stand and Jo Kizer of Niles.

Paternal great-grandparents are the late Max and Phyllis Hunsberger of Niles.

Carpenter

Tara and William Carpenter of Edwardsburg are the parents of a son, born Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009 at Lakeland-Niles. He weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces.

The Carpenters are also the parents of one son and one daughter; Kate,  3 1/2 and Laila age 2.
Maternal grandparents are Steve and Karen Hamer of Allendale, and Robin and Bob Swartzander of Benton Hardbor.

Paternal grandparents are Kathy and Ron Nickens of Mishawaka, Ind., and William Carpenter of Kalmazoo.

Maternal great-grandfather is Jon Tedford of Allendale.
