Howard 12-year-olds 1-2 at regional

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Howard Township 12-year-old All-Stars were eliminated from the Cal Ripken Ohio Valley Regional after going 1-2.

Howard Township lost to Prairie Village of Louisville, Ky. 6-4 on Friday and then defeated Lake Cumberland on Sunday, 4-3.

Mattoon, Ill. eliminated Howard Township on Sunday night 18-6.

Tyler Clutter went 2-for-4, while Dean Klann, Jordan Ruelle, Kyle Duncan, Brendon Meek and Chris Frantz also had hits.

Dalton Raymond, Clutter and Klann all pitched for the All-Stars.

Ruelle and Wyatt Thornton both had two hits for Howard Township, while Klann, Raymond, Duncan and Meek also had hits.

Klann, Duncan, Clutter and Raymond took the mound for the All-Stars.

Raymond, Ruelle and Clutter all went 2-for-3 for Howard Township. Klann, Meek and Frantz all had singles. Pitching for the All-Stars Raymond, Clutter and Klann.
