Edwardsburg netters blank Wildcats to improve to 8-2-2

THREE RIVERS — The Edwardsburg tennis team picked up its eighth victory of the season with an 8-0 win over host Three Rivers Wednesday.

The Eddies are now 3-1-1 in Wolverine Conference action.

Two of the best matches of the day came at No. 1 and No. 2 singles where Brendon Handy and Jacob Kanaby won in three sets.

Handy defeated Jonas Wimmer 5-7, 6-1 and 7-5, while Kanaby defeated Tyler Seifert 4-6, 6-1 and 6-2.
