Since there was no Lakeland Conference Wrestling Tournament this season, the league coaches gathered Monday night to select an all-conference team much in the same way that the league selections its other all-star teams.

Conference champion Edwardsburg placed four wrestlers on the first team, while Brandywine, Buchanan and Coloma each had three selections.

First team picks for the Eddies were Michael Kempton (140), Blake King (145), Lee Williamson (160) and Bradley Brassfield (171).

The Bobcats had Victor Moranchel (103), Jimmie Wright (119) and Chanc Ravish (130) selected. Jeff Mucha (135), Gage Hutchison (215) and Jimmy DeVlaminck (285) represented the Bucks.

John Johnson (112), Patrick Wheetley (145) and Alex Brown (152) were second team selections for Buchanan. Brandywine did not have a second team pick.

Honorable mention selections for the Bobcats were Nick Wright (135), Trevor Jones (171) and Joe Monica (189).
