Vicksburg keeps Edwardsburg girls winless

VICKSBURG — Visiting Edwardsburg fell to 0-4 following a 54-36 Wolverine Conference non-divisional loss to Vicksburg in girls basketball Tuesday night.

The Bulldogs (3-1) outscored the Eddies 15-5 in the opening quarter and never looked back in winning 54-36.

Savannah Dixon led Edwardsburg with 14 points. Breanna Baushke and Katelynn Rogers both finished with six points.

Lix Weddon scored a game-high 17 points for Vicksburg. Layna Steele added 15.
