The fourth annual Edwardsburg Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo will be held Sept. 26 at Hope United Methodist Church.

Each year the expo, which is open to businesses throughout Cass County, has grown. The third annual expo drew almost 60 vendors.

According to chamber member Meryl Christensen, more than 60 packages have been sent out or picked up for this year’s event.

“This is a great way for businesses to get exposure throughout the area,” Christensen said. “A lot of people may not be aware of what some businesses do. It’s good for the public to attend and learn what is available in our area.”

The expo is open to Edwardsburg, Union, Cassopolis, Dowagiac, Jones, Vandalia Marcellus and Adamsville.

Businesses can purchase a booth by contacting chamber treasurer Barbara Wright at (269) 641-9988 or by email at gypsylady@beanstalk.net. Booths may also be reserved by going to the Ontwa Township Hall. 26225 US-12, during regular business hours.

Businesses that participated last year varied greatly from colorful Duct Tape Designs to Edwardsburg Public Schools.

Food vendors are also on hand to provide delicious treats throughout the event, which runs from 3 to 7 p.m.

Hope United Methodist Church is located at 69941 Elkhart Rd.
