Barn Swallow meeting Saturday

The Annual Meeting of Barn Swallow Theatre will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the theater located at 22334 U.S. 12 East of Edwardsburg, Michigan.

A full financial report of all activities of the theatre will be given from the beginning of the fiscal year, Nov. 1, 2012 through Oct. 31.

Following the annual meeting and report, the first monthly meeting of the 2014 will be conducted. Items on the agenda include final plans for the Talent Show and Pie Auction to be held beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the evening.

Three full seats on the Board of Governors, beginning Jan. 1st and ending Dec. 31, 2016 will be filled. Additionally a one-year term beginning Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31 is open.

Those incumbents and/or anyone desiring to be considered for those positions are asked to call President Mike Morgan at (269) 641-2797 or Vice President Lois Owen at 445-2142 to be considered for the election.

Preliminary plans for the 2014 season will conclude the meeting. Community members interest in the status of Barn Swallow this year, and in years to come are invited to attend this meeting. Call Carol at 445-2511 for more information.
