NILES — A festive, fall atmosphere returned to downtown Niles over the weekend as the annual Fall Festival came to life Saturday.
Festival highlights included more than 30 vendors, Niles History Center’s Odd and Unusual Tour, Pumpkin Decorating at the Niles District Library and Niles History Center, a Walk of the Witches, a pet costume contest, trick or treating, games, live music and more.
