SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Texas A&M defeated Notre Dame 41-40 in a high-scoring thriller Saturday night.

Quarterback Marcel Reed led the offense for Texas A&M, completing 17 of 37 passes for 360 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Running back

Le’Veon Moss had three touchdowns on 20 carries for 81 yards , and wide receiver Mario Craver was a key target with seven receptions for 207 yards and one touchdown.

For Notre Dame, quarterback CJ Carr completed 20 of 32 passes for 293 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

Jeremiyah Love had 23 carries for 94 yards and a touchdown, while Eli Raridon caught four passes for 85 yards.

Notre Dame (0-2) hosts Purdue (2-1) at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
