PAW PAW — The Niles volleyball team defeated Paw Paw in a five-set thriller on Thursday night. 

The Vikings won the match with set scores of 25-13, 22-25, 21-25, 25-20, and 15-7. Nariyah Jones led the team with 11 kills, while Neriah Stevens contributed 10. Mena Hover was the assist leader with 40 and also had a team-high 21 digs.

Maddie Zache led the defense with 22 digs. Leala Wirick was the team’s top server with 5 aces.

The Vikings host Otsego at 6 p.m. Thursday.
