Zolman’s Student Leadership Award is a $1,000 scholarship provided to ten high school seniors – totaling $10,000.00 in scholarship money. This is the sixth year of the scholarship award. Including this year, Zolman’s has given $60,000 in scholarships to deserving students.
The requirements for this Student Leadership Award are as follows:
1) Each student must have at least a 3.0 GPA.
2) Each student must be a high school senior.
3) They must be planning to go into any further education beyond their senior year of high school. This continued education can be vocational schooling, trade school, community college, traditional four-year college, online college, or military.
These students have been selected from qualifying students who applied from schools across the six counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Cass, Berrien, Van Buren and Kalamazoo.
“At Zolman’s, it is a privilege to give back to the community by recognizing these fine and deserving students. We want to support the aspirations of our high school students by doing something tangible to help them further their education. We thought that some financial assistance would help our students who have persevered through incredible obstacles. These are our future leaders in our communities, and we want to encourage them to never give up on their dreams because hard work always pays off”, says Nate Zolman, Owner.
Zolman’s launched the Zolman’s Student Leadership Award in order to reward local students and parents and to show appreciation for hard working students who demonstrate service to the community.
