DOWAGIAC — A narcotics investigation led to the arrest of one man Tuesday in Dowagiac, according to the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team.

The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces that CCDET detectives conducted a joint investigation Tuesday with the Michigan Department of Corrections. Detectives responded to a residence in the 500 block of Telegraph Street in Dowagiac. While searching the residence, detectives located methamphetamine. Detectives arrested a 38-year-old male for possession of methamphetamine.  The suspect’s name is being withheld pending arraignment on the charges in the 4th district court. The investigation is still ongoing.  Agencies assisting with the investigation were the Michigan Department of Correction.
