PHOTO STORY: Cass County Fair hosts drive-thru event
CASSOPOLIS — Over the weekend, cars lined up throughout the Cass County Fairgrounds to receive their favorite fair foods. Although the fair is still currently scheduled for Aug. 2 through Aug. 8, the board of the Cass County Fair wanted to help out its vendors due to the loss of work because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event also served as a fundraiser for the fair.
Some of the food that was available for fair fans were fries, ice cream, sausage, corn dogs, lemonade, pretzels, spaghetti, pizza, elephant ears, popcorn, caramel corn and cotton candy.
