Local Mexican restaurant El Amigo Pepe took its food truck to Riverfront Park in Niles Wednesday afternoon to serve meals to city residents. The decision was made to help the business sell during a state-mandated closure on in-restaurant dining in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.
