Kenneth Cibulka, 48, of Niles, passed away at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019.

Ken was born on Sept. 30, 1970, to the late Frank Cibulka and Sharon (Nimtz). He was raised by his mother and step-father, Jerry Probst, in Niles.

He graduated from Niles High School in 1988 and went on to attend classes at Southwestern Michigan College.

For more than 10 years, Ken worked for Standard Tool and Die. During his younger years, Ken liked to hunt and fish. He also liked tractors and was well known for his many years working the hayride at the Niles Haunted House Scream Park.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Cibulka and Sharon Probst.

Ken is survived by his son, Cole Seifert of LaPorte, Indiana; step-father, Jerry Probst, of Niles; siblings, Angela Cibulka-Gonzalez, of Chicago, Clint (Dona) Probst, of Cassopolis, Debbie (Paul) Rainwater, of Niles, Angi (Corey) Newton, of Cassopolis, and Jeff Cibulka; nephews and nieces, Jesse, Anna, Jenny, Tammy, Aiyana; special friend, Kathy Bulelinos, of Magician Lake; and many extended family members and close friends.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019, at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, in Niles, with a time of visitation one hour prior.
