Kathleen “Kathy” Elam, 49, of Cassopolis, died peacefully March 30, 2019, in her residence.

She was born Jan. 9, 1970, in Oroville, California, to Amos and Sally Elam.

Kathy will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by daughters, Letticia Robles of Red Bluff, California, Kristina Pacheco of Corning, California; sons, Francisco Robles and Sabino Robles, both of Red Bluff, California; 24 grandchildren; sisters, Billie (Mike) Noble of Cassopolis, Dolly (David) Beltramo of Medford, Oregon, Deana (Benjamin) Valdivia, of Corning, California, Debbie Elam of Santa Maria, California; brother, Kurt Elam of San Diego, California; brother-in-law, Floyd Vigil of Santa Maria, California; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Linda Vigil; and one brother, Lynn Elam.

Family and friends will gather for a memorial service at 6 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2019, in Pleasant View Church of Christ, 60550 Crooked Creek Road, Cassopolis.

The family prefers contributions be made in Kathy’s memory to Wagner Family Funerals, 202 N. Broadway St.,
Cassopolis.
