DOWAGIAC — Music was in the air Saturday evening inside of the Dowagiac Middle School Cafeteria, as local band students gave visitors dinner and a show.

The Dowagiac Band Boosters hosted its annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser Saturday at the middle school. During the event, visitors were treated to a spaghetti dinner, performances by band students and a silent auction. Money raised from the event will be used to fund the marching band, the concession stand, travel, band camp and award expenses. (Leader photos/SARAH CULTON)
