“I have a passion for working with underserved families and have spent the last few years working in South Bend for a community clinic dedicated to this. Spending time getting to know

more about my patients in general is my favorite part of being a Nurse Practitioner. Being a healthcare provider is much more than just the formal medicinal portion. Building a mutual trusting relationship and understanding psychosocial aspects can be as healing as any other treatment,” Tracey said.

Tracey will see patients of all ages at the Cassopolis Family Clinic location until the opening of the new Niles Community Health Center in the fall of 2019.
