Virginia Mae (Ginny) Bole

Sept. 28, 1927 — Jan. 29, 2019

Virginia Mae (Ginny) Boles, 91, was born in Three Rivers on Sept. 28, 1927.

She married her “high school sweetheart,” Richard (Dick) Boles on Aug. 15, 1948, and they moved to Dowagiac, MKI in 1955. She passed away on Jan. 29, 2019.

Ginny was preceded in death by her beloved husband on June 23, 1986.

She is survived by her son, Stan, daughter-in-law, Dee and son Bob.

Also, she was a kind mentor to her three grandchildren, Heather Boles, Brent Boles and Valerye Salazar as well as two great-grandchildren, Connor and Liam Boles.

Ginny was an avid and very accomplished golfer. She also enjoyed bridge games and bowling with her many women friends. Ginny made great round steak with milk gravy! Another one of her many past times was playing board games with sons Stan and Bob. She was a strong supporter of her husband Dick’s much accolaided work in education and sports in Dowagiac. In her later years, Ginny supported many charitable causes and always cared very much for all animals she helped. In lieu of flowers, Ginny would have preferred a donation to the A.S.P.C.A. Her family will miss her.

A date will be set in the future for memorial services at Clark Chapel in Dowagiac. Friends wishing to leave the family a message of condolence may do so at clarkch.com
