Cass Area Artists invites artists and crafters from Michiana to submit applications for participation in the juried Fifth Annual Summer Show to be held on the spacious grounds of the Lowe Center near Diamond Lake in Cassopolis, Michigan on July 20, 2019. The previous shows were successful with an average of 90% of the artists stating that they would like to return.

Applicants should submit images representing a sample of each of the categories (if only one category, then two to four images of that category) of items they will be selling and send one booth shot to afarkas@yahoo.com. Fees are $10 for juries and $45 per booth space. Booth space is applicable to each artist/crafter that displays or sells. Applications must note if the applicant will have his/her own booth or be part of an arts organization booth, or wish to display in the covered pavilion. Artists and crafters may apply for multiple spaces as a single artist. Booth fee for Cass Area Artists members is $35 per space. Applicants may become members at the time of application to the show, if desired. Membership for Cass Area Artists is $25/year.

Mail separate checks for booth and jury fees to Alli Farkas, P.O. Box 606, Dowagiac, MI 49047. Checks should be made out to “Cass Area Artists”. Deadline for submissions is May 1. Entries will be juried by selected members of Cass Area Artists. If an entry is not accepted, the check for the booth space will be returned. Artists and crafters accepted to the show will be notified by email by May 15. No refunds will be issued for any reason if an artist/crafter cancels after acceptance into the show. First, second and third place awards will be presented for top artists.
