NILES — Eastside Connections students in Shanna Lamberton’s seventh-grade class spent their Thursday morning making Christmas presents for seniors at Brentwood at Niles.
The students crafted cupcake-inspired sock holders and made homemade Christmas cards.
“This is the third year that we have done this tradition,” Lamberton said. “I wanted them to find a way to give back by creating an affordable gift for someone.”
