Bobby Ray Wallace, 86, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at the Timbers of Cass County in Dowagiac.

Bobby was born on Oct. 27, 1932, in Evarts Kentucky to Ray and Flora (Parsley) Wallace.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1950 to 1954.

On Dec. 26, 1957, he married the love of his life, Betty Hall, in Ringgold Georgia.

He was the loving father and step-father to seven children who he loved dearly.

Bobby retired from a career in the field of die-casting and supervision in 1988. After retirement, he spent his time on his favorite hobbies, he was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed building blue bird houses. Bobby enjoyed watching football and basketball, of course always rooting for his home state team, the Kentucky Wildcats. Most of all he loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

Bobby is survived by his children, Sheila (Richard) MacKellar, Kay Reynolds, Cynthia (Holly Good) Wallace and Jeffery Wallace; brother, Ronnie Harrell and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wallace; son, Michael Wallace; step-son, Lavoy Goodwin and stepdaughter, Vickie Goodwin.
