Behavioral therapist joins Family Clinic Network

CASSOPOLIS — A local health care provider is welcoming a new face.

Jacqueline Rafter, Limited License Masters Social Worker, has joined the staff of Cassopolis Family Clinic Network. Rafter, a Michigan native, received her Master of Social Work Degree from Indiana University South Bend, and is certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention.  Prior to her employment at CFCN, Rafter worked as a behavioral health therapist in Benton Harbor. 

“I am excited to have the opportunity to provide behavioral health services at CFCN, working within a holistic model of care and network of providers.  I truly enjoy working with a variety of patients who have various needs for support from mental health to substance use,” Rafter said. “My favorite aspect of working with patients is being able to provide support as they work toward removing barriers in their lives, move toward reaching their goals and celebrating their achievements.”

Rafter will provide behavioral health services at Cassopolis Family Clinic and Niles Community Health Center.  CFC is located at 261 M-62, Cassopolis, and is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.NCHC is located at 24 N. St. Joseph Avenue, Suite G, Niles, and is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
