Patricia H. Wolf, 81, of Dominica Run and Winter Park, Florida, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, at Regents Place Rehabilitation Center in Winter Park, Florida, following a brief illness.
Patricia was born on Dec. 13, 1936, in South Bend, to Joseph and Florence (Paczkowski) Chmiel. She had lived most of her lifetime in South Bend and Niles. She retired in 1988 from Wells Fargo Bank in South Bend. Patricia was a ham radio operator and enjoyed family, singing, dancing and camping.

On May 25, 1957, In South Bend, she first married Rene Van de Velde. Patricia later married George A. Wolf on July 28, 1978.
Mrs. Wolf is also survived by two daughters, Sandra J. (Kenneth) Lane, of Hamilton, Ohio, and Brenda L. Thiel, of Winter Park, Florida; two stepsons G. Dennis (Kathy) Wolf, of Midland, Michigan, and Scott G. (Shelley) Wolf, of Statesville, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Thomas Pawlak II of South Bend, Jack (Ebony) Grittani, of Longwood, Florida, Sarah (Brian) Hug, of Baltimore, Maryland, Jeff (Amanda) Wolf, of Liberty Township, Ohio; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Niles on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018. A time of visitation will take place one hour prior.
