Sharron Ann Ladyga, 75, of Bismarck, North Dakota, formerly of Dowagiac, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018.

Sharron was born Nov. 25,1942, in Dowagiac, to the late James Andrew and Pauline Elizabeth (Hills) Downey. 

She grew up and made a life for her family in Dowagiac, later moving to Warrensburg, Missouri and then Bismarck, North Dakota.  Sharron loved and lived for spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also loved to shop!  We never knew what she may be bringing home from frequent trips to the store or from television networks.  Sharron was a strong, independent woman who always spoke her mind, often to the surprise of those around her!  She made friends wherever she lived and will be remembered by many.  She will be missed by all.

She is survived by her two daughters, Dr. Kelly M. Sparks, of Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Dannielle L. (Bret) Ruff, of Steele, North Dakota, one son Barry W. (Peggy Shelby) Sparks, of Otsego, Michigan and honorary daughter Julie (the late Steve) Johnson, of Dowagiac. Four grandchildren Brandon (Brittany) Sparks and Cassie Sparks, Elizabeth Ruff (David Doll) and Abigail (Matthew) Buller and five great-grandchildren Quianna, Kinley, Blakelee, Brystol and Addison.
