NILES — This Small Business Saturday and Holiday Homecoming, students from the Brandywine Treblaires joined forces to sing Christmas carols throughout the downtown. Choir teacher Denise Boger helped to lead students and some Bobcat alumni through the songs Saturday.
“This is something we used to do a long time ago and it’s something we love doing,” Boger said.
The Treblaires also sing for their community at a variety of other locations, including local senior centers.
In addition to the carols, those who visited downtown Niles Saturday had the opportunity to shop and take part in a tree lighting ceremony.
