Oct. 29, 1960 – Nov. 5, 2018

Perri Wade Bingham, 58, of Niles, passed away suddenly on Nov. 5, 2018, at 10:40 a.m. from very recent diagnosis of metastatic pancreatic cancer with his wife at his side.

Perri was born on Oct. 29, 1960, in Reno, Nevada, to father Paul Denton Bingham (preceded in death) and Sandra Kay Case (mother). He met and fell in love with his wife in Kingman, Arizona, and they relocated to Niles he married Marian (Whelan) Bingham in Niles in 1999 but they were together for 22 years.

He is survived by his wife and four daughters, Darlene M Hotaling (Florida), Stephanie D. Custard (TJ Custard), Kristy L. Blanchard (Todd Blanchard) and Jamie M. Hotaling (Jerry Bush) all of Niles. Five grandchildren, Kourtney Britton (Rivir Britton), Tysen Custard, Samarah Custard, Bryonna Custard, Joseph Heaton and two great-granddaughters, Aubry J. Britton and Ellie J. Applegate.

Perri worked in construction and recently worked as a maintenance sub-contractor for American Senior Communities for more than two years. He was a hard worker, loyal friend, husband, Dad and the best Papa to his grandchildren and great-granddaughters. He was the type of man that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.  Enjoyed listening to Pearl Jam and the Moody Blues, loved barbecuing and hanging out with family eating cheeseburgers, and drinking Budweiser. He loved working on cars and doing repairs around his home. He was not an avid sports follower but cherished the times watching his grandson Tysen and the Niles Vikings play football, and his favorite NFL team Arizona Cardinals. Perri made a decision with his wife to donate his body to Science Care in hopes that it will help researchers find a cure for PC. There will be a Memorial Service on Dec. 15, 2018, from 2 to 4 p.m. at AMVETS Post 1978, 1117 E. Bertrand Rd. Niles, MI 49120
