Has anyone else had trouble seeing around the brick “towers” at the ends of both Commercial-Division Street and Main/Indiana-Division Street in Dowagiac? They look nice but with the landscaping and the towers I find it very difficult to not have to slowly nose my vehicle out onto Division Street to see traffic coming.  An accident waiting to happen I’m afraid.  Will the City get sued? The “designer/engineer?”
