Janet M. Peck, 71, of Cassopolis, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.

A Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m, Nov. 3, 2018, at First Christian Church, 201 Oak St. Dowagiac. Memorial contributions in Janet’s name may be made to the Donor’s Choice or First Christian Church. Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at clarkch.com.
Janet was born Dec. 13, 1946, to George B. and Mary Jane (Weiland) Schuur in Dowagiac. She graduated from Dowagiac High School in 1966.
On June 20, 1970, she married Marvin Earl Peck, Jr. in Dowagiac. Janet loved crocheting, reading and her cats.
Janet it survived by her siblings, Bob (Donna) Schuur, Ronald Schuur, David (Nan) Schuur, George Schuur and Bill (Vickie) Schuur; brother-in-law Clifton Gordon; special niece, Jane Przybylinski and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters JoAnn Gordon and Linda May Schuur Hyatt.
