Jane Marie Krueger, 88, of Cassopolis, passed away at Cass County Medical Care Facility on Thursday, March 29, 2018.

Jane was born on Jan. 7, 1930, to the late Robert and Kathryn (Proctor) Burgess.

After graduating from high school, Jane went on to work for Simplicity Pattern Company as a pattern folder. She later moved to the front office and retired after 30 years. On June 10, 1950, she wed Lawrence Krueger at a ceremony in Niles.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry Krueger; two brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Glenn (Terry) Krueger of Cassopolis, Kevin (Beverly) Krueger of Niles, and Barry Krueger of Cassopolis; grandchildren, Kari Krueger, Chad (Stephanie) Krueger, Kevin Krueger, Troy (Hollie) Krueger; and great-grandchildren, Regan, Drew, Blake, and Levi.

Jane’s family will be hosting a luncheon beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 7, at the Eagles Lodge in Niles.
