Upcoming CN Railroad projects

CASS COUNTY — A number of crossings will be closed in Cass County during April and May.

The crossings closed for rehabilitation will be Goff Lake (McKenzie to Dutch Settlement) from April 2-16 and Jefferson Center Street (Mullen Road to M-62) from April 9 through the 23 at Jefferson Center St (Mullen Road to M-62).

During the middle of May, the following crossing will be closed for tie replacement from Hoffman Street in Penn Township northeast, through the county and into St. Joseph County, Michigan. Crossings include:

• Hoffman Street

• White Temple

• Savage

• Pioneer at Burlington

• Pioneer at Bradt

• Sheldon Creek

• Knight

Barn Swallow Theatre board meeting and spring cleaning

EDWARDSBURG — The Barn Swallow Theatre’s monthly board meeting will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday April 7. A potluck will be included, and a spring cleaning of the theater will follow. The theatre is located at 22334 US-12, Edwardsburg.

Dussel’s Farm to host Easter celebration

CASSOPOLIS — Dussel’s Farm Market & Greenhouses is hosting an Easter celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. The Easter Bunny will be there to greet children, along with baby animals for them to see and pet. Dussel’s Farm is located at 21765 M-60.

Edwardsburg Conservation Club to host Easter Egg Hunt

EDWARDSBURG — The Edwardsburg Conservation Club is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt from 1 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 31. The event is for children 10 years of age and younger. It will take place rain or shine. There will also be a visit from the Easter Bunny, cookies and punch, door prizes and a special prize for each age group. The Edwardsburg Conservation club is located at 26524 Pine Lake St.

Hope of Edwardsburg to host Easter egg hunt

EDWARDSBURG — Hope of Edwardsburg will host an Easter egg hunt between services at 9:30 a.m., on Sunday. Infants to children in fifth grade are welcome to participate in the hunt. Hope of Edwardsburg is located at 69941 Elkhart Road.
