Earlene (Pankey) Allen, 89, passed away at 3:15 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, in Buchanan Meadows.

Earlene was born on Feb. 4, 1929, in Arkansas to the late Ivor and Blanche (Taylor) Pankey. On Feb. 28, 1946, in Searcy, Arkansas, Earlene married Buster O. Allen and he passed away on Oct. 26, 2003. Earlene was also preceded in death by brothers, Robert and Bill Pankey.

Earlene is survived by her children, Vance A. (Douglas Prince) Allen and Anita L. (Albert) Miller; and sisters, Virginia Paul, Betty Lower, and Marilyn Henry.

Earlene retired from Electro-Voice.

Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018, in Halbritter-Wickens Funeral Home, 615 E. Main St., Niles, where family and friends may gather one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
